1. Agreement

By making a booking enquiry or completing a booking with CourtSide Padel Retreats ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. The retreat

The CourtSide Menorca Padel Retreat 2026 runs from 30 September – 4 October 2026 (4 nights, 5 days) in Menorca, Spain. Places are strictly limited.

The retreat includes:

  • 4 nights accommodation at Barceló Nura (or equivalent 5-star property)
  • All meals specified in the itinerary (breakfast daily, plus group lunches and dinners)
  • Professional padel coaching sessions at Padelin
  • Organised activities (boat tour, vineyard visit, tournament)
  • Private airport transfers to/from Mahón Airport (MAH)

International flights are not included.

3. Booking and payment

3.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total booking value is required to secure your place. Your place is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

3.2 Balance payment

The remaining balance is due 10 weeks (70 days) before the retreat start date, i.e. by 22 July 2026 for the 2026 retreat.

3.3 Late bookings

Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

3.4 Prices

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation policy

4.1 Cancellation by you

All cancellations must be made in writing to [DATO PENDIENTE: bookings email]. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.

4.2 Cancellation by us

If we are required to cancel the retreat for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, minimum numbers not met, etc.), we will offer you either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.

5. Changes to your booking

If you wish to transfer your place to another person, please notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate transfers where operationally feasible. An administration fee may apply.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary (e.g. substituting activities of equivalent value) where necessary due to weather, venue availability, or other circumstances.

6. Health, fitness and liability

Padel is a physical sport. By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the retreat activities. You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.

We accept no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused directly by our negligence. Our liability in any event is limited to the total price paid for your place.

We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, or pandemic restrictions.

7. Travel insurance

Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability is mandatory for all guests. You must be able to provide proof of valid insurance upon request.

8. Code of conduct

We expect all guests to treat fellow guests, staff, and third-party providers with respect. We reserve the right to remove from the retreat any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or endangers others, with no refund.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
